Obtaining Service
Please contact your Dealer or Gates directly for service and support. Most issues can be resolved quickly and easily without returning the product. Any returned product must have authorization, insurance, and proper packaging prior to shipment.

Gates 2-Year Warranty
Our Exclusive 2-year warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace any housing that is found to be defective at no charge to you (including return shipping). Click here for more details….
